Every night before I go to bed I listen to two songs. Fresh Pair of Eyes by Brooke Waggoner and My Love by Sia. For some reason these songs help my mind settle down and stop my racing thoughts and allow me to go to sleep. I'm able to sleep peacefully and well. On nights I can't listen to them I never sleep well. I think the lyrics in the songs also mean something to me as well.
